Before issuance LADBS Accela

What does “PC Info Complete” mean on a building permit?

Also shown as: PC Info Complete (LADBS)Permit-Ready Letter (San Diego DSD)

All the permit information is complete and the application is ready to be issued. At LADBS, 'PC Info Complete' means every required piece of permit information is in place and the permit is ready for issuance. The San Diego DSD equivalent is the optional Permit-Ready Letter confirming all clearances have been obtained. This sits just before final fees and issuance.

What should you do when a permit shows “PC Info Complete”?

Pay any final issuance fees and complete issuance. At LADBS this leads into 'Ready to Issue (RTI)' and then 'Issued'. There is no further review to wait on — the remaining steps are administrative (fees, inspector's card).
